Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AI Grants (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
AI Grants provides daily federal grant matching. We pull publicly available grant data from Grants.gov, rank it against your organization's profile using AI, and present the results. We do not submit grant applications on your behalf and are not responsible for the accuracy of grant listings sourced from Grants.gov.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at kevin@aigrants.team if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and billing
The Pro plan is billed monthly at $9.99/month. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to scrape data, reverse-engineer the ranking system, resell access, or use automated tools to access the platform in bulk. The Service is for your organization's internal grant research only.
6. Intellectual property
Grant listings are sourced from Grants.gov, a public federal database. Your organization profile and saved data remain yours. The Service's design, code, and AI ranking system are proprietary to AI Grants.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that grant matches will result in successful applications or funding. Grant eligibility and deadlines are subject to change by the issuing agencies; always verify on Grants.gov before applying.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Grants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed grant opportunities or application errors.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your profile and saved data are deleted.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
